With more than 30 years of experience across education and leadership, she brings a practitioner’s perspective to every engagement—grounded in real-world application, not theory.

Her career spans K–12 and collegiate teaching, curriculum coaching, instructional leadership, and educational technology, paired with a strong track record in high-stakes proposals, providing a comprehensive understanding of how programs are designed, implemented, evaluated, and positioned to win at every level.
